About the Role
• Contribute to hardware development and rapid prototyping (component selection, basic PCB design, assembly)
• Integrate optical, electronic and mechanical components into a functional system
• Perform hardware testing, measurements and data collection from experimental setups
• Iterate on prototypes based on experimental results
• Support system-level integration across hardware, firmware and data-processing
Requirements
Must be a university student (enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD programme)
Hands-on experience with electronics (soldering, measurement tools)
Experience with microcontrollers or embedded systems
Interest in working at the intersection of optics and electronics
Working proficiency in Czech and English
Availability for at least 3 months
